Swibbogen motif"Seiffen village"
Among these Schwibbögen is the "Seiffen village" in natural and with aconsiderable size of 103 cm. Known as a toy village, Seiffen is known as a forge for the Erzgebirgische Volkskunst . Before Christmas, the village appears to visitors as a single manufactory. Famous is the Seiffen mountain church mainly because of its architecture.In imitation of the Frauenkirche in Dresden, the church was built after its model. The small mountain church therefore decorates this Schwibbogen in the center of the arch. On a somewhat elevated pedestal, the church towers above the village. The town hall (right) and the old school (left) of the village are important landmarks and line the church, which is only a stone's throw away from the buildings. The lanterns in front of the church shine with warm light. Two typical miner's cottages complete the picture of the toy village.

The protected design element, theWolkenbogen, swings delicately over the view.Four filigree chip trees protrude between the structures.With the help of exquisite woods such as lime and Sipo an impressive scenery is created. Additionally in front of the Seiffen church Kurrendesänger, who have opened their hymnals, to announce the good news of the birth of Jesus Christ in song form. With a lantern and the star of Bethlehem a singer stands in the middle right in front. Kurrendesänger still parade through the village today, bringing pre-Christmas joy with their singing, especially to the elderly and the sick. Their costume consists of a dark little coat with a white collar and a headdress.
